Haven't heard anything about the Hadron Collider in a while? Neither have I. So, I checked
this first, then I saw
this.
Apparently, since the problems that occurred at the initial power-on stage, they have fixed the overheating problems and the LHC is now fully operational. So, in 2-4 weeks, we'll see "collisions at the highest possible energy level, emulating conditions in the moments after the creation of the universe 13.7 billion years ago." If you don't keep up with how the little fucker works, this will reveal evidence of the Higgs Boson particle, which will MOST LIKELY answer many questions about the Big Bang, Dark Matter, Black Holes, Neutrino particles, and even some theories in string theory about alternate universes.
